Consolidation for the sake of children everywhere. We all want our children to do better than we did. Growing up to be stronger, healthier, safer and more successful than we were. Parents do the best they can to see this happen.

What can we do as a community to assist families to do better because Every Child Matters. If it works for children it works for us.

Need help to fix your computer?
Help yourself, our community and us at the same time. keeping up with the expenses of running the computer systems at glyndex.net is difficult to do. We must keep abreast of the ever advancing developments in software and hardware so that we can benefit our community with the knowledge we gain, which we do on a voluntary basis.

Using this service helps us upgrade our equipment so that we can learn the latest in hardware and software advances. It's not expensive, just covers our costs and a little for upgrades.

To allow us to come into your computer and fix your problems, you will need to visit the following site and create an account and add your computer to the page. Instructions are given during the set up process.

http://logmein.com Get it FREE — set up takes 2 minutes or less.

When you have set up this account we can do the rest.

Please note; we do not charge for LogMeIn, it is a seperate company entirely. Our charges are for solving your problems by using LogMeIn's services to access your computer.
You will see everything we are doing on your screen and can terminate the connection at any time.

We also advise that you set a system restore point before installing anything.
Follow this click sequence to set a restore point; [click Start] [click All Programmes] [click Accessories] [click-System tools] [click System restore] [select Create a restore point] [click Next] type in a name for the restore point. anything will do but remember it. Better to write it down. [Then click- Create] Whatever happens now you can go back to how it was before you or we did anything. To do this simply follow the same click sequence but select restore my computer to an earlier time. Then choose the name you gave the restore point earlier. The time and date of this will be displayed on the calendar there.
You can do this at any time and before trying to fix problems yourself.

Free Advice.
Always uninstall programmes from the add remove feature in your control panel, never delete a programme's folder or file's. References to these are elsewhere on the system and will not be removed if you do this. This leads to system instabilities and hang up's. Some programmes have their own unistall software and if this is the case then we suggest using it instead. ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE.
